Poetry & Motion EP-UAES EP Review-Panamera P

The new wave taking place in Chicago is nothing without Panamera P. His ability to paint a picture of the trenches in the city at his level is like no other. He has the ability to construct bars that are haunting and yet inspiring to the hustler working that blue collar job everyday faithfully. While at the same time his music inspires those in all different walks of life. Not even mentioning the legendary bodies of work he has created with long time collaborator and homie Ju-Jilla. Panamera P is one of those emcees that you would be crazy to look over..

His new EP “Poetry & Motion” is a very revealing body of work that has hard knocking boom bap production. While at the very same time the bars can be visualized perfectly as it shows what it looks like to be in the city experiencing hard times. Describing situations that most wouldn’t be able to comprehend with inspiring tone and cadence. Panamera P gives us some of the most thought provoking lyrics that are fused with witty and powerful imagery.

Records like “Fake Friends” ft Rangeroverhang, & “Best of Both Worlds” ft See Green are perfect sounds to ride down lakeshore drive to while also telling a story you aren’t going to hear from very many..

While records like “Finao 2” and “One of None” ft Kid Breeze have this almost dipset feel to it but again the story-telling on these songs are truly incredible..

Our favorite records to play in the office are “Memories” ft Boss Status & Kid Breeze, “Finao 2”, & “Fake Friends”. Please take a listen to this amazing project and let us know what you think..
