Poetry & Motion 2-UAES EP Review

Panamera P is one of those artists that is too cold to not mention when it comes to who is the very best coming from Chicago. Each musical release he has he shows his ability to fuse his haunting but surreal bars to different types of production that is a powerful representation of what hip-hop sounds like from the city of win. Seriously, P’s storytelling sheds so much light on the trenches and the many different scenarios that can happen to anyone making moves in Chicago. The beauty to all of this is the lyrics are true, something a lot of artists can’t say to their own music. This is one of the many reasons why Panamera P is one the artists leading the new Chicago wave..

This new project “Poetry & Motion 2” continues to show the many styles P can dive in on the record. This also serves as the part two to his previous release “Poetry & Motion”. The consistency of powerful bars and amazing song structure on this EP is something to truly take in. The production that P chooses to use is not only amazing, but it shows just how seasoned of an emcee he is with the type of records he can create. This is already a top listen of 2024 for us. Panamera P is truly in a league of his own..

Records like “Get to Miami” ft Jae Haze, & “Talkin’ Money” has this smooth “take a ride down lakeshore drive” feel production wise while the bars carries so much powerful storytelling about how to make moves and not do things without strategy. While records like “Pirate 101”, & “Think Big” ft Boss Status Gunna come across as theme songs the way the production hits and how the lyrics again come off as a wise sage talking about Chicago in a way most can’t relate to..

Our favorite records to play in the office are “Pirate 101”, “Pillow Talk” ft Kid Breeze, & “Get to Miami” ft Jae Haze. Take a listen and let us know what you think..
