Liv Roskos is one of the many curators doing her very best to unite the Chicago music scene/industry with not only her music but her passion to really uplift our cities brilliance in the many creatives that live here everyday. Her work with the platform OAD Productions has been doing superb community building with providing artists resources and a space to really grow and mature as artists and creatives. Even with that being said Roskos music has always been known to bring out crowds because of it’s strong sound based in jazz,soul,and pop. She has always been the individual that places true professional showmanship into action each time she performs or releases new music. With a recent listening party at the legendary OverFlow Coffee shop Roskos is taking her place as a real builder of the new Chicago Wave with her organizing and amazing sound. “Growing Pains EP” is five record project that has incredible harmonies, very intentional lyrics, amazing song structure, impressive production, & outstanding playback ability with no skips. Roskos does an amazing job with crafting her very diverse sound into each record. The affirmation type of approach Roskos takes with her lyrics while being very honest about her growth as a human being is what makes you want to keep this project on repeat..
