Dawn Ali is a rare individual that lives his art through his actions. A true genuine spirit and emcee he has always been focused on making sure that his artistry is received with care and intention and most importantly authenticity. He has been popping out a lot lately doing community work and being very collaborative with peers and his team. This new project really embodies the abstract and bold statements that Ali stands on but it also shows what the artist is capable of and we are here for it..

“i remember when no one was listening” is a seven record project constructed with melancholy, harmonies and melodies, ear piercing bar play, cinematic interludes, and great song structure. The use of spoken word, live band play, & numerous instruments helps this project give a solid feel and a reflective atmosphere..
